WC benefits follow the IW as long as a Dr certifies eligibility.

Even if you are terminated from your job, the WC benefits continue.

WC laws are state specific...in some states, there is a cap on wage replacement, or TTD/Temporary Total Disability payments, generally TTD is capped at 104 weeks.

In some states, the TD is included in a cap on the amount of money you can recover in the claim...IE 400 weeks total, some by a dollar amount.
