Can a gay man lead a normal married life?

A gay person can pretend to lead a straight life, but this will only be repressing his identify and lying to himself. Nothing can change a person's sexual orientation. Even if you undergo "therapies" or treatments, nothing will change about your sexual identity. This has been backed up numerous times by many notable institutions including the American Psychological Association (APA).

Even though a gay person may date and have sex with members of the opposite sex, the sexual/romantic attraction for members of the same sex will still be there. This cannot change. It is better to accept your sexual identity and move on. This will make your life more fulfilling and satisfying. Remember that accepting your own sexual identity does not mean you have to tell the whole world.
