Have James and Oliver Phelps got a girlfriend?

They said in this Finnish article (http://www.iltasanomat.fi/viihde/uutinen.asp?id=1711587) that they have girlfriends. Or actually Oliver has one for sure, James is dating some girl and they're almost a couple. sorry everybody :')
