What does well ventilated area mean?

Well Ventilated area means an area with proper Ventilation, this could mean having Windows open with fans blowing out or opening up the garage door. If you are say painting a car you want a well ventilated area so you don't inhale the toxic fumes of the paint so you would "Vent" the area so the fumes could escape. If your working in a garage with chemicals you will want to open the garage door so the fumes can escape and fresh air can get in, if your inside your house you should open as many Windows as you can and if you have a fan put it in a window so it can blow the fumes out of the area. Never use chemicals or paint in a area that does NOT have proper ventilation like a basement.
