Where does Santa get presnts?

Oh Santa, Mrs. Claus, and the Elves work hard all year to make nice presents for girls and boys. But, I must say, with the ever changing kinds of toys, sometimes Santa has to find out how to make magic happen if he and the Elves didn't make a particular toy.
