Do Russians put up a Christmas tree?

Ded Morez, or "Grandfather Frost," wears a sort of red with white fur trimmed Santa Claus outfit. Snegurochka (snow maiden) wears a blue or sheer white (frost colored) skirt and low cut blouse, and a sparkly princess style crown or head gear. These are the beloved Xmas characters of Russian tradition.
