verbal messages rely on the rule of grammar; you cant just make up sounds or string Words together at random and expect to be understood . but following the rule of grammar is not enough to achieve effective communication. instead, you need to understand the principle of verbal message (communication).

non verbal message involves body gestures often referred as Kinetics's: emblems, illustrations, affect displays, regulators, and adaptors. your general body appearance also communicates. (facial and eye communications, thumb and hand communication.)
