Who designs the White House Christmas tree?

The White House has an in-house florist and decorator so I imagine it is done by them. All the rooms in the first floor are considered a public museum and under the guidance of the Parks service. The family would have a tree in their private quarters designed and decorated by them, but the rest of the house requires permission to move or change any item.
