Roosters can't if they can't fully extend their necks?

Roosters can't fly because they have been bred to have large breast muscles. These muscles literally weight them down and do not allow enough space for the wings to perform properly. Roosters bred for the commercial meat market are so top-heavy that they can actually suffocate themselves with their huge breast muscles cutting off their trachea, and can become crippled because of the off-balance weight of their top halves.
