During a busy holiday season at my retail job, a customer approached me visibly upset because their online order had not arrived on time. Recognizing their frustration, I quickly checked our system and found an alternative product in stock. I offered them a discount on the item and arranged for it to be held at the register for immediate pickup. The customer left satisfied, grateful for the prompt service and resolution.
