Yes, as unlikely as it sounds, it is sometimes used to close a wound quickly.

Despite this, super glue should NOT be used to close a wound in a first aid setting. Proper evaluation and treatment by a medical practitioner is needed. There is some clinical and scientific evidence that shows super glue may be a carcinogen and increase the risk of some cancers.
