When is Eric Holder up for reelection?

There is no term limit for the position of Attorney General. He is appointed by the President and approved by the Senate. Normally when a new President is elected, a new Attorney General is also appointed, most of the time from the same party. He can remain in his position until the President sees fit to replace him.
