Where did the name gonorrhea come from?

Gonorrhea literally means "discharge of seed" since the ancient Greeks mistakenly thought that the symptomatic mucopurulent discharge was semen.
Gono means sex organs and rrhea means flow , as there is flow or discharge of pus from sex organs in it .
