How you repair armatur wire broken wire?

It's far better to have the armature re-wound by a specialist repairer.

Trying to repair reliably, a break of wire or insulation in a tightly-wound armature revolving within a stator with very little radial clearance,is not really feasible; and certainly not easy. To be honest I'd look at a new machine if possible, by exchange if available.
