What happend to the children of Louis XVI of France?

Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette had 4 children:

* Marie Thèrése (20 December 1778 - October 1851) * Louis Jozeph (22 October 1781 - 4 June 1789) * Louis Charles (27 March 1785 - 8 June 1795) * Sophie Beatrix Hélène (9 July 1786 - 19 June 1787) Only their oldest daughter survived the revolution and died a natural death. Louis Joseph, the original dauphin de France (crownprince) died of tuberculosis his brother Louis Charles did too (although he was in captivity and abused horribly by his keepers, so it is also very much possible that he was killed), and Sophie Beatrix died before she turned 1 of, probably, tuberculosis.
