Why children have foot fetish?

At an early age, children are mainly situated on the floor where they can only really see peoples feet. Now whilst not all children take attraction to their mothers or mothers friends feet, some children grow to find safety in being around their mothers feet and so from an early age they associate feet with being happy or more-so safe. Hence why it soon becomes a turn on.
