The Diary of Anne Frank is the most translated Dutch book of all time. The first translation appeared in German in 1950. English translations for Britain and the United States followed in 1952. The first Spanish edition was published in 1955. The diary has been translated into 70 languages, and published in over 60 countries. More than 30 million copies of Anne's diary have been sold.
