How do you free a frozen cylinder on a yamaha waverunner?

Remove the head. Spray the cylinder with wd-40 or PB Blaster. Let it soak for an hour, adding more spray every 10 minutes. Place a large piece of wood in the cylinder and tap it with a hammer until the cylinder frees.
