They both have mentioned having wives and/or girlfriends but Marge has said, Let them figure it out for themselves implying perhaps they are but haven't realized it yet.If memory serves, Carl even turns to the camera and states flat out (to paraphrase), this is why people think we're gay.

However, it's more than likely they are not.
