Whether it is black tar or powder, you have to take a piece of foil (making sure to burn all of both sides first to get any chemicals off of the foil), and making sure to have the dull (less shiny) side of the foil facing up, place a chuck (or small bump, making sure to do a quick burn in it's place before trailing, if powder) of H near the top, and holding the foil at an angle so as to make a trail with the chunk (to avoid waste), burn the foil from underneath and inhale. Hold in your hit for at least 10-15 seconds, making sure to take an extra last gasp of air to get every last bit of smoke. Enjoy, and be careful. Be safe.
