How do you trade the hot dog with ned noodlehead on Super power Island?

At the end of the quest, due to media confusion, Ned Noodlehead has been given credit for capturing Betty Jetty and has received the Island Medallion. If you visit him in his Comic Book Store, he will swap you the medallion for a hot dog.
