Under sink systems can provide as much filtration as you want, because they are configured to your specifications. You will have the freedom of a faucet without a bulky filter attached, but you can feel confident that they water you and your family drink is pure and free from chemicals.

Filtration Pitchers and Jugs

The most inexpensive way to have filtered water is to use a filtration pitcher. These are small water filtration systems that keep one pitcher full of water clean at a time. The water is filtered when it runs through the spout of the pitcher, so each glass of water poured will be clean. Water filtration pitchers are good for creating clean drinking water, but they become cumbersome for cooking or creating ice cubes. When the filtration device on the pitcher wears out, it can be replaced with a new filtration device so you don’t have to worry about purchasing a new pitcher every two months. Pitcher filtration is good for small amounts of water at a time.
