When is the appropriate time to buss out used wine glass of a guest?

There are three times when this should occur. 1) when the guest asks for another glass. 2) when the guest asks for a different kind of wine. 3) when the glass the guest currently has is faulty in some way, ie. a crack, chip, smudge, ect.
