What determines how fast a piece of candy dissolves?

It determines what kind of candy it is because some candy can have different kind of ingredients and flavor's, if you can buy as much candy you can ,take it home and try to dissolves it with lemanade,vinger,water,acholol,or peroxide and see what will happen, and make sure you make a chart to tell us what happen to the candy
