Genital warts are STD's (sexually transmitted diseases) so is transmitted through sex with a person who has it.

Sex is the only way this disease can be transferred. If you have this kind of disease you should go to the doctor immediately.

Please see the related links for more information.
Genital warts are transmitted by coming in contact with the wart, usually by some type of sexual contact (or using a towel directly after an infected person used it).
Unsafe sex with somone who has it

Answerusing leaves to wipe, sleeping in a hotel with no underpants on ,using recycled toilet paper and using a REALLY dirty toilet AnswerYou can get HPV from having contact with the warts themselves. I suppose it all boils down to what you consider "sex?" If lying next to each other or rubbing against each other with little or no clothes is considered sex - then yes.

In men, warts can appear on the penis, scrotum, rectum and surrounding areas.

In women, warts can appear on the inside and out side of the vagina, the rectum and surrounding areas, and also on the cervix.

You CANNOT get warts from wiping with leaves, sleeping in a hotel with no underwear, using recycled toilet paper or using a toilet (regardless of how dirty it is.) (HPV does not survive on sheets, clothing, etc.)

When why don't you try explaining the reason i have genital warts and I'm a virgin?

PS: I'm a guy

Did you have it first checked by a doctor? Did he diagnosed you really of having genital warts? You can also have yourself HPV tested. Perhaps they're just ordinary bumps. I found out I had genital warts when I decided to finally ask my doctor. She then suggested a treatment (Zerowarts). I think you should do the same.

You can get genital warts from wet toilet paper.
