What is the old name of Scotland?

There are several:

Caledonia - after the tribe. Named by the romans
Dail Riada - Celtic empire
Alba - Scottish Gaelic for Scotland used centuries

But I find SCOTIA fits ,as in Nova Scotia, also the concave moulding,
