Can you use a iPhone as a memory stick and can you put music on the iPhone without using itunes?

you can download an app called memory stick for £1.19 which you can put on videos and Microsoft Word documents and other stuff like that. then view them.

An app called Briefcase also does this. (I think it does it wirelessly via bluetooth)
