Why would my pet mouse be limping on the left front leg?

It probably injured itself and sprained its paw. It should be able to get over it in about a week. If it isn't over it after about two weeks, take it to a veterinarian. If there is a hamster wheel it likes to go on, that is where most injuries occur.
