Why would you want to work at the old peoples home?

I would want to work at the old people's home because I have a genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. I believe that older adults have rich experiences and wisdom to share, and I would cherish the opportunity to engage with them, provide companionship, and support their well-being.
