How do people express themselves?

Through dance, songs, painting, writing, and any other form of self-expression you deem fit. For instance some people consider gardens to be an Excellent form of self expression and create elaborate designs. Others write poetry or blog. Self-expression is vague because everyone has a different self to express therefore everyone has a different method of self-expression.
