How do you take a bus from Providence to Portland?

Visit trimet.org. This really depends on where in Portland you are. If in North Portland, bus to Expo, catch C-Trans into Van. If elsewhere, bus/MAX to downtown, catch C-Trans. Can't remember if transfers work on both systems or not.
