How old do you have to be to get your learner drivers license in SA?

San Antonio, Texas????) im from san antonio too but at age 16 you can have your licence. you need to get a driving permit at 15 for 6 months where you have to drive with someone at or over 21 with a licence. after those six months on your birthday or after when you turn 16 you go to the dmv to get your licence and do the paper work and take your photo. you get a paper licence there at the dmv but the licence card take 5 - 6 weeks to get from the mail. hope this helped
