Do 1960 cars have seat belts?

Many cars manufactured in the 1960s did not come with seat belts as standard equipment, as they were not yet widely mandated or commonly used. While some models offered seat belts as optional features, it wasn't until the late 1960s and early 1970s that regulations began to require their installation. By the end of the decade, more manufacturers began including them as standard for safety reasons.
