Is it normal for your face to turn red when our nervous?

yes, for some people like me it turns red very easily. whenever i talk to new guys my face turns very red. even when I'm not embarrassed! my friends say you face is all red! i get mad, but learn to ignore it. I'm sure there faces does too. don't think about it turning red, just go on in life. if your about to do something that you think your face will turn red, take a few seconds and relax.
