Can you buy a cell phone if you are under the age of 18 without parental consent?

You mean an actual cell phone, from sprint, AT&T, etc....? No, you can get a prepaid phone from somewhere like Walmart, but to even get a phone you have to have a decent credit record or pay a huge deposit. To even have a decent credit record you have to work on it, and to even do that you have to be 18. Stick to living off of your parents, and if they won't get you a cell phone deal with it; I'm 18, in high school and still living off my parents; I intend to for as long as I can you have no idea how good you've got it.
