How are MPP's chosen?

If MPP means Mandal Praja Parishat, then a mandal is divided into few wards. For each ward a person is elected called as MPTC(Mandal Parishat Territorial Constituency).

All these MPP's elect one among them as Vice chairman and the chairman of each mandal is elected by all people of the electorate of the mandal.
