sorry you cant unless you restart you file, what i did was when i first got that game, i kept restarting the game until i got the face i liked! at the beginning of the game when you are in the bus rover asks you a sceries of questions there is a tip on neoseeker.com that will tell which combinations give you which face! hope this helped!
