What is the Centaurs' symbol?

The minotaur is sometimes symbolized by a white bull, the one Poseidon made from the sea itself and which mated with King Minos wife, Pasiphae. The offspring of this unnatural union was the minotaur, which is often symbolized by an image of the creature itself, that of a bull's head mounted on a human body.
