Is it safe to ejaculate in a girl's anus?

We all know that having unprotected sex is dangerous but if disease is the last thing on your mind then pregnancy should also be too if your having anal sex (male and female that is). If a male ejaculates in a females rectum she can not get pregnant. Her reproductive organs are not located in the rectum.
