How do you get an autobot for RuneScape?

You go to an area where there are aggresive monsters that are at least half your level. They will continue attacking you for about 15 minutes. When they stop getting aggresive, leave the area and go back. You'll have to check (and click) every 5 minutes or so, to avoid an automatic logout.
