Is football 90 percent mental and 10 percent physical sport?

Football is a mentality. This is a sport that comes from within the person, it tests your heart, desire, and your will to not be defeated. You can coach the x's and o's but you can never coach heart. A team full of heart is much harder to beat than a team that doesn't have it. Therefore I know football is at least 90 percent mental.
