Can you drink beer with antihistamine?

Actually quite the contrary, beer contains histamine. The amount varies with different types of beer, but all beer contains histamine. Fermentation produces histamine (as well as bacterial decomposition or 'aging' of food, e.g. meat & cheese) and the extent to which a beer is fermented determines it's histamine content.

So high alcohol beer that has to ferment more (to produce the higher alcohol content) has relatively higher histamine than light beer & most lagers. Also, draft beer can contain higher levels of histamine especially if allowed to sit because bacterial decomposition begins to take place (draft is not pasteurized).
