No. Musa Ibrahim is a russian murderer who killed 100+ people in the Russian Murders of 1932 which will have no records on the internet or anywhere because all records of the event have been destroyed by the man himself. The only way I know is because I am a personal friend of Musa Ibrahim and we had brunch together yesterday and the Saven House Inn.
