How do you use Knox Gelatine to pass a drug test?

It's very simple.

First, boil a cup of water. Add two envelopes of Knox and stir well. Add a cup of strawberry nectar--you get it in the Mexican food department of the supermarket--and a cut-up banana. Put it in the fridge for a few hours until it gels. You will be left with a really great tasting dessert that's good for you too.

After you eat the strawberry-banana jello, drink two quarts of water and start peeing. Pee lots.

So you're thinking, why make the jello? Well...it's because Knox itself doesn't really flush you out any better than just drinking a lot of water, so you might as well put the Gelatin to good use.
