Why did god send Jesus through Mary?

God sent Jesus through Mary because she found favour in Jehovah God's eyes. Read Luke 1: 5-80 which relates the events surrounding the Births of John the baptist and of Jesus Christ. Luke 1: 30, 31 reads " For you have found favour with God. You will become pregnant and give birth to a son, and you are to name him Jesus.
