Are all real gold rings stamped i was given a gold ring and the docket was left in the box the ring was supposibly gold but has no stamp the docket sais it is gold?

not all rings are stamped, they could have been sized which can hide or remove the stamp or just worn off. the only reliable way to tell is do an acid test. a local jewelry store, pawn shop, or gold buyers can tell you for sure.
