Why is Stevie wonder a hero?

Stevie Wonder is an acclaimed musician, who is also an activist. He rallied supporters, and joined in efforts to successfully make Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday a national holiday. He was also instrumental in the successful presidential campaign of Barack Obama, helping to elect the first African American president.
