What if Mary Tudor was a boy how different would that of been for Henry and Edward?

It is hard to speculate how things would have been different if Mary Tudor had been born a boy. There might not have been an Edward though because if Catherine of Aragon had given birth to a boy that lived longer than a month Henry probably would not have divorced her to marry Anne Boleyn.
