Why won't my fan on my Polaris predator 500 come on?

In my predator, theres a little black pouch above the radiator with a circuit breaker inside. My fan wouldn't go on so I tested the fan and it worked fine. I cut upon the "waterproof" bag and it was soaked inside and the circuit was rusted all the way through. It's a common problem; cheap fix. Give it a try!
