In terms of circlulation why is it important not to wear clothing or jewelry that is too tight?

im not an expert but tight clotihing or jewelery can block or make it harder for the blood circulation might not go through the wains and if a body part dont get enough blood you may lose a bodypart that may die, or you can fall out of concience. or in the worst ´cases you may die aswell
